About Steve Batiz

Steve Batiz is a Broker/ Owner in Seal Beach, with a varied background of experience that has prepared him to take on his career in real estate with positivity and confidence. He is a Certified Military Relocation Specialist, a member of the National Association of Realtors, and a member of the Southwest Riverside Association of Realtors. Steve is also a 13 year veteran of the U.S. Navy where he worked as a Combat Photographer and Navy Recruiter.

As a 12-year veteran in the interactive multimedia development industry, with additional experience in creative web production and design, he has a deep understanding of the online consumer. Steve served as the vice president, COO, and company co-owner of Batiz Interactive, a marketing and communications firm. In early 2000, he worked with the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, sparking his interest in a career in real estate.

His extensive experience as a business owner developed his progressive entrepreneurial mindset, while his years of IT and web design instilled his perfectionist side. His education in communications and marketing honed his online marketing skills that are now significant in his work as a REALTOR®. Over the years, he has earned accolades including the 2005 Savvy Award, 2005 Telly Award, 2001 Business of the Year by the Latin Business Association, and a coveted spot in the Hot 100 Fastest Growing Companies in America list by Entrepreneur Magazine (2001). He considers these recognitions testaments to his exceptional customer-focused service.
